TEMPORARILY CLOSED
We are temporarily closing until things get back on
track concerning the mitigations set forth in our industry.
We sincerely thank you for all the support, the kind words,
and the generosity we have received and are truly humbled by our community's outreach during these tough times.
Stay tuned for updates on our Re-Opening.
We look forward to seeing all of our guests in the near future.
Thank you for understanding.
Stay Safe
Burger of the Week
As you are aware, there are new rules that come along with the present mitigations. These are city and state rules that are being implemented for your safety as well as the safety of our employees. These mitigations do change, check here for updates.
Please be patient and abide by them as we all try to navigate this uncharted territory.
Things You Should Know
-
INDOOR SEATING WILL CEASE ON 11/2/20 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO STATE MANDATES.
-
We are *only* taking reservations by phone. No walk in service due to the latest government mandate making reservations mandatory for all outdoor seating. Please call ahead. (even if it's short notice)
-
We will be taking precautions to ensure guests and our employees’ safety. Tables, chairs, and anything that has been at the table will be sanitized between seatings. Our employees will be wearing face coverings at all times as well as going above and beyond the guidelines on hand washing frequency.
-
We will not be totally cashless. But we strongly encourage using credit, debit, and gift cards for your safety and the safety of our employees.
-
We know it’s impossible to wear a face covering while eating or drinking, but we will require them for entrance into the building and waiting in line to be sat, any time your server is at the table, as well as going to and from the restrooms. If you do not have one we will provide one for you for a nominal charge. Please have your face covering on before you stand up to use the restrooms and when you are leaving after your visit.
-
We will be seating four people maximum (plus a highchair) per table in order to comply with the six foot distancing and ADA requirements. Our alley is too narrow to allow the maximum number of people per table. We now have a couple of outside tables that can accommodate parties of 6-8!! Please Note: These tables will not always be available as they will depend on the current number of tables that are already seated.
-
Waiting areas will be marked off in front of and inside of Crane Alley. Please be aware of these markings and stay six feet away from the adjacent party to adhere to city code.
-
Once seated, your server will need some information from one of the guests at the table for city required contact tracing. This includes a name and phone number. This policy is a requirement by the State, City, and the Health Department.
-
All guests must remain seated at their tables. Please do not walk around or approach other tables.
-
We will have a convenient QR code at every table so guests can view our menus on their phones via our website. Make sure you enable QR codes in your camera settings. You can also navigate directly to our website Crane-Alley.com. If QR codes are not your thing, we will have laminated hard copy menus just in case you have issues with your phone.
Within the current atmosphere, we greatly appreciate your understanding
and patience with the precautions that we are taking
to make your experience at Crane Alley enjoyable.
